CCitDG Annual Conference 2009

October 7th to 9th

CCitDG Conference

CCitDG Conference

Following on from last year's successful conference, the theme for this year is:

Making a Difference in Interesting Times

The conference will take it's usual form, at the Ettington Chase Conference Centre near Stratford-upon-Avon from October 7th to 9th, with

·         An Optional Masterclass on day one
·         Day 2 - first day of the conference,
·         Day 2 evening, A gala dinner, and speaker, joined by our sponsors
·         Day 3 - conference and sponsor exhibition

The Master Class.
This year's theme is 'Leading and Influencing' and will be led by Dr Robina Chatham - chartered engineer, former IT Director, visiting fellow at Cranfield School of Management and author.

The Conference
The conference proper boasts a wide range of speakers drawn from Industry, Charity and Government, focused on the theme of making a difference in these interesting times, with the usual thought provoking dinner speaker to stimulate conversation and appetite.

There will be a number of case studies from members, a Lion's den and possibly even a cool wall!

And of course plenty of opportunities to network with your colleagues.

We will also be saying goodbye to our august chairman,  David Clayden, who after a long and varied career is hanging up his hat at the Salvation Army, and as Chair of CCITDG.

There will be a sponsor’s exhibition on the second day, with a wide range of companies with interests in the Charity sector.

Action
All attendees have to pay their travel and any accommodation charges - but the conference itself is part of the annual membership fee for one member per charity.

Room rates are unaltered from last year at £80 per night.

Additional attendees - any senior IT or senior management colleagues – need to pay an additional charge to cover the cost of the hotel conference facilities, refreshments and lunch; this is £85, with an additional £25 if attending the conference dinner.

Booking for all attendees is via Regonline: https://www.regonline.co.uk/63375_727930A
